Finally granted my PR 186 DE visa today.

Since my spouse does not have a function English score, therefore I paid the second installment.

Today I received a request for the VAC2 second installment. Paid money within an hour. Hopefully, I will receive the grant notification soon

I am on a similar stage. Lodge my application on 19th Aug 2020, still showing received' at immi account.
I pushed my migration agent (MA). They sent follow-up emails to the Deparment but they never received a return email from the Department.

Hi, Did you got 186DE granted.
I lodged an application under the same visa category. My immi account is still showing received status.

I also submitted my application on the 19th of Aug2020 and completed the medical assessment on 15 Sep2020.
Timeline has written below.
- State: NSW, 186 DE
- No. of applicants: 4 (all onshore )
- Occupation: University Lecture
- Nomination approved 23/04/ 2020
- Prepare IELTS: May -2020 - July-2020
- Visa lodge: 19/08/2020
- Medical complete: 15/09/2020
- Grant: waiting ( immi status is showing Received)
I am feeling frustrated with the waiting time.
