Visa granted 25 Mar 2021.

Total 18Month.

Medical Checks Done: February 2020

Nomination & Visa Granted: 22 March

Everyone is gonna be okay.. this is not our fault and special case ever. Be positive good new will be come to us. Immigraion said they will count day during lock down also stood down  if person still be hired.

Reduced hours but I kept working. Luckily WA lock down was bit shorter than other state. I was not stood down.

Is the nominee still employed full time in the nominated position?
Is the position still open and available to the nominee?
What measures were put in place for staff during shutdown?
Was there a period of stand-down/reduced hours, if so, What were they?

 

They requested similar yours to employer. He signed and then sent to MA. I prepared pay summary and AFP. I think they wanted to check during Covid 19 restaurant still okay or not also still employer needs me or not.

Guys, 2days ago immigration request me some documents. I am cook. Apply trt in 2019

Told me just waiting. Nothing I can do. Almost finish this year I could not expect to take long time like this. Immigration is gonna close from Christmas to middle of Jan 2021.

I am same with you. Apply Oct 2019 nomination approved Feb 2020. Still waiting trt cook. It is a lot stressful.

Hello guys, 

I need opinion from you guys. I applyed application after nomination was granted as I had some problem. The thing I wonder is I applyed visa on February and my wife's english score was expired 8 Agust 2020. Do you guys think we need to exam again or immigration would pass this? Any case around you guys? By the way my occupation is cook I am waiting 11 month total with nomination processing. Thanks.

waiting for Visa approval after nomination got approved in March 2020.

No news or any contact from Immigration.

Is immigraion working for hospitality yet? Is there anyone got grant visa around you guys? Everyday I am checking but no news for hospitality.. waiting 10month 186trt and occupation is cook.

I joined today but I was silent reader. My partner got english score Aug 2019 and we are still waiting visa grant. I just wonder that partner english score is 1year expire so do we need to get score again? I am also frustrated as I keep waiting.
