 We filled all the 3 forms. It was one form of each type with details of both applicants and the sponsors. You don't need one for each applicant. A total of 3 forms is all you need. 

40 - Sponsorship for migration to Australia ( This is essentially detailing the 2 people you are sponsoring & details regarding youself as a sponsor)

47A - Details of childor other dependent family member aged 18 years or over (We had my father in law as the main applicant and hence, we provided details of my sister in law as his other child. Even though she is not migrating to AUS we still had to provide her details)

47PA - Application for a parent to migrate to Australia (This has all the details of the parent applicants) 

None of this is complicated. It may seem overwhelming though.

I suggest that you read the details carefully and complete the forms as required. You won't need any agent if you follow the instructions. Unless, the application isn't a straight forward one, where there may be child dependants nearing the age of an adult, adoptions etc. 

Folks on this forum are here to share experiences. But noboby will be able to really assist you beyond that. If you have chosen to work without an agent , it's all good. But ensure that you are able in a position to do the paper work through detailed reading and research if required.

hi Alan sorry I m not trying to be rude  ,but my confusion is just this about form 40 and form 47PA .....separate form for mom n dad or just one  one form 40 from  and migrate 47PA

On no account use anybody claiming to be a visa agent or specialist who is not registered.
