    hi Alan sorry I m not trying to be rude ,but my confusion is just this about form 40 and form 47PA .....separate form for mom n dad or just one one form 40 from and migrate 47PA regards

    thanx for your Reply LindaH27 ......yes we do meet Balance test and we are settled in Aus for more then 2 yrs..is it good to apply on my own what are the forms and document to apply pls
