Hi Guys

Did you hear any news regarding new rules coming up in October 2020. Any idea? People who already applied 186.  Last time when I applied 457, my file was in process and I had to follow new rules.

Thanks for the reply, but I have been waiting for invoice since march 2020. And my MA could not get invoice for second payment. I think my status is same from  5 months.

The application has gone through the initial checks. Please check correspondence for any additional information you may need to provide.

 

Sorry bro What is that mean. How I am lucky. I don't have much knowledge about these stages. Can you explain please

Sorry to hear the news. As of now your nomination already approved you won't have any problems as far as your visa is. Your office  won't have any role in that as it is totally your file in immigration. Be positive. My nomination approved in March 2020 as well but not heard anything so far. That's good if you have case officer to your case.

Thanks for your reply, I don't think I have a case officer anymore because my MA was sending reminder for invoice but she got reply that we will send you invoice when your file will be reassessed by a case officer.

Hi Guys just need your help

I am working in a factory and I was on 457 visa and now I am on bridging visa. My nomination  approved  in March 2020 and I was asked to provide English evidence or pay money for partner. Since then I didn't hear anything from department.

My question is I hurt my shoulder in factory few weeks ago during work and now I am under work cover.  I am going to work but now I have problem in other arm as well, because I was working with one arm only. My boss is not giving me time off but my situation is getting worse day by day. I am a bit scared because my visa condition. Can someone let me know what should I do in this situation. if my boss is upset with me because I am having trouble with my shoulder. What he can do and what he Can't do. My nomination is approved but my visa file is in process.

@Kewalch get the TRN number, this should be there is some or other application you would have reviewed/signed/filled for visa application. I guess you might find on ur bridging letter as well, not sure on that though. Once you get it, follow steps to import ur application in to your immi account.

And don't make any changes , it is as good as how your would see and make changes. Even you can see immigration correspondent email in messages section and much more details all around.

This is like a shared google doc or drive. Only diff is you can take control of it anytime you need if needed informing immigration about same. On other hand it is similar to like you give authority to a tax agent on behalf of you.

 I am not complaining about my MA. I just mentioned what she told me. no one is that stupid to ask for someone personal account details.

One question please, 

I asked my MA to give me Immi Account details but she said She can't give me the details because she lodge all applications through one account. What if I import like this, and would she be able to access my account. I mean if there is any update in my account she has the access or not.

Can someone tell how long it should take to get invoice for second payment.

I applied 186 TRT on 13 november 2019 and nomination got approved on 23 march 2020. same day I was asked to provide evidence for my partner English or pay money.

my lawyer asked for invoice on 24 March 2020 but still waiting for response. any idea about my case please.
