Thanks for getting back to us. When we received our confirmation of application it said we were position 538. Can anybody explain this?

We submitted our application on February 9th 2018 at the time the wait was 36 months we have seen that they are dealing with april 2016 applications and any new applications are going to take 58 months does this mean our waiting time has gone to over 4 years as no waiting times are available can you help
