Police check was updated on 03.06.2021

However, my condition is still further assessment.... Already passed 28 days.. And my health check expiry date is comming soon

Its been 4 weeks after s56 documents submitted to DHA, haven’t heard back anything yet. Just wondering how long does it takes to grant a visa after submitting s56? Applied on both visa & nomination on feb 2020. Please note that Nomination hasn’t been approved yet. 186 trt cook Qld. Any suggestion would be helpful.

I’m waiting since feb 2020, 186 TRT cook, Nomination has not been approved yet. CO requested S56 information on  20 may 2021 .

1. Statement from my employer drafted 
2. Final lodge BAS
3. Financial statement of the year ended 2020
4. Tax return 
5. PAYG of mine
6. 12 months bank statement of the business showing salary & super payment of mine.

Submitted everything on 1st june. Immi account shows further assessment. Can anybody tell me How long does it takes to grant the visa? Its been 2 weeks already.  Do i need to complain again to DHA? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't think there is a day or a week in the month where they are going to give attention to complaints. Each case is one case. You have to submit yours if you wanna see if something going to happen.

Yes, i have made 2nd complaint on 18th of may & they referred my complaint to the Relevant Business Area (RBA). Afterwards nothing...

Some people says there should be a problem with granting a visa. Help needed, Thanks

I’m on the same boat, Applied nomination & visa on Feb 18th 2020 still nothing. The last updated date has been changed on 17th of August but the application status shows still received. (Please note that they didn’t ask for any additional information request)I do not know what does that means? This is totally ridiculous. I’m also in the same situation, Applied nomination & visa (TRT) on feb 2020 still nothing. Every month they likes to increase the global processing time. C’mon DHA !!!!!

Does anyone knows how to check 186 nomination status through the immi? I have the file no. TRN & Application ID but Immi requires the employer passport no & DOB which I don’t have it. It’s been almost 7 months waiting for the nomination. Help needed here guys.
