Hi, My son has missed out his permanent residency because he didn't get any email from the department in Brisbane to fill the 1002 form. Im his mother has granted on April 2020, he is full time student in Indonesia. By this devastating pandemic, we are waiting and waiting his visa since early June, 2020. Do you have any experience how long it would take to process the visa from The Child Visa Department, Perth WA office? Or do we need a lawyer to do compensation? because double cost and law changes. We would need to spend another 3grant to pay hotel quarantine under the Queensland new rules. Thanks
