Hi, can I apply for 186 DE with the same employer even if I am on a 482 visa with them? I have been working for 1 year and 9 months now and a friend informed me that Direct Entry stream would be faster than TRT stream. How true is this? Are there any advantages or disadv. between the 2? I am an RN in the regional area. Thanks
