  2. Does anyone here were s56 ( employer ) after nomination was approved ?
case officer rung me Wednesday saying that she was taking Over my case from other officer and after looking into my documents she decided to ask for further information from the employer.

does anyone had a similar case ? What documents could it be ?

    thanks

    Hey all,

I complained and it seemed to do the trick, I received my “golden email” today!!

I will share tomorrow my initial complaint + the correspondence with the Feedback Officer.

How long I took from lodging the complaint to visa approved or first contact?

    Hi all,

Any grants for general accountant lately?

I’ve recently applied for 186 TRT under general accountant:

Nomination and application lodged: 22 January 2021

    Applicants: 2 onshore

    State: VIC

Health Check: Cleared 9 March 2021

Status: Nomination - finalised, Visa - further assessment

Can anyone provide any more information on further assessment, can it be stuck on further assessment for a long time or do any of the long timers have a general estimate of how long it would be stuck on this phase before a grant?

    thanks in advance!

    I’m waiting for 8 months

Hey guys, just thought I’d put a post out there to see if I could get some feedback, clarity or help someone else out. Been waiting almost 11 months now. A guy I work with has exactly the same timeline as me but he had his visa granted in 4 months. Haven’t been seeing many carpenters have visas granted recently. Has anyone else?

    Timeline -

    ENS 186

    Carpenter

    Onshore NSW

    Lodged 5th May 2020

    Medical done

s56 requested and answered. Except for an extension requested by my employer to give him time to gather financials for the company. All answered now

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and good luck 🤞

My immigration lawyer made me get one before I applied for the Visa which was annoying as it took nearly three months to come, it was just a provisional Plumbing tradespersons certificate licence

    😓😓😓😓😓

case officer contact M.A yesterday and requested my bosses licence and than after one hour requested my carpenters license. But because I work under a builder I don’t need one. I only sent my carpenters certificate from tafe . Now I don’t know if they will make me get one and slow down the process

Yes and I’m not sure if my immigration lawyer provided it in the first place.

bu I think they will still ask you to show there is still a genuine need to see if covid has effected the business

did they ask you your plumbers licence? or just your certificate??

Always good to share information, at least now you can be prepared for when they ask you for evidence of genuine need for nomination

Don’t they ask all this when you send the nomination ? Because I remember the migration agent asking all of this for the employer nomination
