Hi all I'm not sure at this point if I need to engage a migrant agent to help me so if anyone been in a similar situation I would be grateful to hear from you. Background: My PR expired last year while I'm offshore and I'm still am now. 2-3 years ago, I was working in Brisbane for a few months but had to return home due to family issues. Currently, I'm trying to convince a prospective Aus employer into hiring me and its very close. I'm looking into applying for a RRV 155. My situation is I do not meet the 2 out of 5 years PR time in Australia, so the best I would get is 12 months RRV, from my readings. By just an employment letter alone and without other substantial ties, how likely would I get the RRV approved? I would have to do all the applications myself and currently the employer is awaiting for an answer. Thanks much.
