My visa is a 190 for NSW

Hi I'm a hoping to migrate to Aus on the 1st week of Februrary 2020. Back in my home country Sri Lanka i worked a stockbroker/equity trader for both local and foreign institutional clients. I have CIMA and that will help me to get the CPA in Australia. I'm ok to start with any junior role whether its finane or accouting reated. what would be the best way to go about it ? Also any recommended Aussie qualifications i need to do to go up in the ladder ? Thanks
