Hi. Thanks so much for the speedy response. I have not yet completed the Character form. I will complete the form and declare what I have done with regards to the no live trace. Do you think a supporting letter stating that I am remorseful would get me brownie points?

Hi there. I am a South African in the process of immigrating to Australia. I lived in the UK from 1999 to early 2001 on a working holiday visa. I got into a bit of trouble during my stay there. I was caught drinking and driving. I spent the night in the holding cells and had to appear in court which I had to pay a fine. I have since received my UK police clearance as requested from the immigration agent and it shows NO LIVE TRACE. Is this a concern? Or will I still be able to receive my skills shortage visa ( 482 visa) Thanking you in advance
