May I ask you if you have applied for the visa by yourself or if you have used a migration agent?

I've read just yesterday that the CPV 173 is taking an average of 3 to 3.5 years and if after that you're going to apply for the CPV 143 it should take another 12 to 18 months. But I don't know how reliable that information is.
