We moved into our lovely townhouse nearly 5 years ago, but have outgrown it and are ready for a move. It was our first home purchase since moving to Perth, and it has been a lovely home in a gorgeous location, just minutes away from Jackadder Lake, 5 mins to the beach and 15 minutes to the CBD. The house is also in the catchment for Churchlands Senior High School (which attracted us to the area) - this is one of the best schools in Perth. Our boys have since left school and we now require a larger place, but will be sad to move.
