Trying to clear up some confusion on my side.
My Mom in law is in the queue for a 143 (applied Dec 2016) and we are looking into the 870 visa to see if it is an option to bring her across sooner while waiting for the processing on the 143. We have already been approved as sponsors so would just need to start the 870 paperwork if it is an option.
Can anyone clarify or confirm that if we apply for the 870 it will not impact the 143 visa application?
There were a couple of articles which made me nervous about if the 870 visa was granted it would cancel the 143 which is pending
