Does it need to be with one company? I have over 5 years worked experience since getting my degrees

Hi all, I have gotten a request for evidence of current occupation. My question is, do I have to have 3 worked years with the same employer as evidence or can it be split between different employers? I have nearly 6 years work experience but its split between 2 employers. I had submitted my previous employers headed letter advising my role I worked in and how long I worked with them but I did not submit this for my current employer as I thought that my signed contract would suffice. What else do I need to submit?
