Hi I have to clear a few doubts regarding RSMS 187 visa: 1 ) i got rcb approval within a week of time in 2017 and then i applied for nomination process and got a refusal on 2018 January. 2) And 2018 january my file went for AAT and still waiting to open my case as it is now 19months. 3) If they open my file after 2019 November 16 and i win my case, will i be able to apply for the third stage 187 visa application or not. 4) So as i started my application before 187 rsms removal , still am eligible to apply visa after November 2019 or not 5) Currently how long it takes to process AAT for RSMS nomination. Hopefully i will get valuable answer. Thanks
