    Hi I am a silent reader to this forum. I got my TRT 186 nomination and visa refused in September 2019. applied in AAT. my hearing was on 28th may and still waiting for reply. In my company other 4 girls visas were refused to and all were in AAT. They all had their hearings before my AAT hearing and still waiting for decision. my had interview by AAT already with all hearings happend. Now AAT has invited her(boss) for an interview again tomorrow regarding other 4 girls.

    my concern is if anyone know why AAT did not mention my case number in new interview? can they call my boss again in regards to my nomination? if we wins from AAT than how long does it takes to decision from department? Do we need documents like employment contract from my boss again or the old one will do? Can immigration ask for more documents?

    3 girl's( 1 salon mamager and 2 hairdressers) nomination hearing was in january 2020, 1(salon manager) was in april, one(salon manager)(my) was in may.

    one more thing one another girl just got her salon manager nomination approved by department on 10th August 2020 from same business.

    Can this help with our cases.

    HI ALL

    I am new to this topic. my 186 trt stream visa got refused and we applied to AAT, so I am on bridging visa. My son is born in Australia and turned 10 recenrly . we are going to apply for his Australian citizenship.

    My question is once my son gets his citizenship than what options we have available to stay in Australia if we want to apply any visa on my son basis.

    Nomination Refused:             18 Jan 2019 (Employer Nomination got refused)

    AAT applied after the refusal, took around 3 months to process -> AAT Appeal won.

    Nomination Approved:            5 Aug 2019

    s56 Requested:                         11 Aug 2019

    s64 (2nd VAC) Requested:     11 Sept 2019

    PR granted:                                26 Sept 2019

    Direct Entry.

    so it was only nomination refusal or your visa application was refused too. 

    Please explain as I am in same situation my nomination is refused and not visa application yet.

    Hi 

    I applied 186trt nomination and visa file in Feb. 2019. Nomination is refused on 21st Aug and I got natural justice email to withdraw or wait for decision(which will be refusal).  My visa is not refused till now. 

    I am very confused whether to apply AAT and apply new nomination once again and if it is approved than apply visa offshore. 

    Or can we do at the moment because my visa is not refused so before getting refusal apply new nomination and visa again and than withdraw old file. 

    What bridging visa I will get BVA OR BVC

    I am on bridging visa A At the moment. I was on 457 when I applied but my 457 is finished now. Nomination is refused on 20th August. I have not got any decision on my visa file.

    Hi all

    I am new to this forum.  My concern is  that I am on bridging visa A as I applied 186 TRT nomination and visa in Feb 2019. On August 20 nomination got refused and my employer have 21 days to apply AAT.  I received letter from department to withdraw or to wait to get my visa refusal so I can apply AAT after refusal.  I don't know what to do? What options I have?  Is this possible that I can reapply my nomination from same employer and also apply new visa file and withdraw my old visa file while I am on bridging visa. PLZ SUGGEST ME.
