Hi, thank you for your answers, by the way the nomination got refused because the company I work for at the moment is under voluntary administration, the buyer has been found already and is now under ACCC supervision for approval, which will happen in the following days. This will imply a change in the ABN, new company is willing to carry and transfer the sponsor.

Hi, the migration agent told me that my nomination has been refused, because the company I work for is under administration, the appeal is $3500, and the agent suggested me not to do it. I got 2 options, 1 to hope that the new buyer will sponsor me and then reapply 2 as soon I will get marry to apply for partner visa. Any suggestion???

Hi, I'm in a strange situation, my company has been soldand the new owner will change the ABN, possible solution to save whoever already applied for PR from 457 visa looks like new company can do a labour agreement. Me an most of my collegues have their job under the caveat, is the grandfathering still valid for whoever applied before April 2017 or conditions will change with the change of the employer_ Thank you
