Is that mean if your company showing loss in business for the last financial year you nomination will be most likely refused or what?

Is there any difference if someone has applied DE or TRT if company showing loss in business?

No need to worry bro, for the two years when I was on 457 VISA before applying 186 TRT, every year I used up all my annual leaves  every years, most of them overseas. Other than annual leaves I also took sick leaves overseas, and time in lieu overseas (i accumulated them as I occasionally work on public holidays), also every year I spent a few weeks travelling overseas for business trips.                  I submitted 186 TRT and clearly listed them in my form80 and it has not been an issue.

Sorry to bother you guys, just wanted to ask some of you how sure you are that if you are on annual leave from you company overseas is not countable for immigration for the 2 or 3 years working experience even if it’s annual leave?

I am feel a bit worried now cuz I have applied 12th of June this year for 186DE and one of the requirements was to have 3 years working experience in order to apply for 186 visa DE, and I started working for my company on 15 of May  2016 but I went last year 4 weeks overseas on holiday (annual leave from my company) so now I am freaking out that my application going to be maybe refused because of few days?!?!?

Can you pls share any information you know about this ?

This clearly states the they are looking for an average score of 4.5 and not 4.5 in each. So in your case in should be fine. I dont think there is a need to re-write the exam. 

In my case my partner scored 90 in all 4 sections of PTE so I did not have to worry about it. But there was one person on this forum who was in your situation and he got the PR, please check the earlier posts to find who that person was and PM him/her directly.

I’ve submitted my 186 visa Direct Entry Stream  application through the company I work for 2 months ago . The question I wanna ask if anyone knows is, my wife as a secondary applicant got a IELTS result few days ago overall score 5 , W-5.5 L-5.5 R-4 and S-5.5 . Has she failed considering that one of the bands it’s less then 4.5 in this case R-4 but still overall score is 5. As a secondary applicant she have to pass Functional level of English but I can’t really understand what is saying on the immigration web page does it each band has to be at least 4.5 score or just a overall score of 4.5??? I know that secondary fee if she don’t pass Functional English is around $5000 . If anyone knows anything about this pls share the information guys I would much appreciate !thanks

i have applied for 186 visa Direct Entry Stream on a 12/06/2019 through my company who also sponsored me for a 457 visa 1.5 years ago. My occupation is Metal Fabricator 322311 and my country of birth is Serbia. I am just wondering if certain occupations have quicker processing time or all 186 Direct Entry Stream visa applications have the same processing time ? I live and working in Brisbane . If anyone know anything about similar cases like mine I would appreciate to share some informations.
