Hi Guys, I have many questions; It would be great if you can help me;-) I have certificate 4 from Australia as chef, and i have my own restaurant, but I never work and I just manage. The migration office that helps me to do my PR, Suggested me to submit my Docs as cook for Victoria University to be assed, I have 1 year payslip from my own restaurant, but the rest of the payslips are not enough amount as a chef as a chef has to earn (for 2 years and 6months), that is why, my agent recommend me to apply as cook. I am a bit worry about skill assessment. My restaurant serves dishes from my own country and I am not really familiar with international dishes, Do you think if I send pictures and video from me cooking my national dishes would be good enough?
