Thanks so much for your reply. Do you happen to know how I can find out which companies offer sponsorship? I have been trawling the Internet and emailing law firms but not getting very far.

Apologies I note that the Regional Sponsor Migration scheme no longer exists so it’s just the Employer Sponsorship route.

Dear all Has anyone already or in the process of migrating as a law clerk or similar, ie. Clerk of Court? From my research it looks as though this occupation is on the Regional Sponsor Migration Scheme and the Employer Sponsorship route. Yes, I know it’s only on the ROL as far as I can see so it’d have to be Employer sponsorship route. I was wondering if anyone in here had ever migrated under this occupation. thanks for your reply Holly

Hello everyone i was was just wondering for those that have had their visas granted or are already on Australia, did you have to have ‘show money’? I see a lot of conflicting info online about this, I believe it varies state to state. Kind regards Holly

Thank you for your comments I have a First Class Hons BA Degree but it’s in journalism film and broadcasting, journalist is in the short term list but I have no work experience in this field just my degree, so guess it’s worthless

Hello all please forgive me as I have only just registered and we have only just started discussing the possibility of migrating from the U.K. . I have been doing a bit of research and am quite disappointed to see that mine and my husbands occupations are not on the lists. He’s a Police Community Support Officer and I am Police Staff Admin. Can anyone give me any advice on which route we could potentially go down or is the dream over before it’s even got started?! many thanks in advance holly
