Hi, Just want to know if it is possible for us to lodge a subclass 802 for my children to stay here in Australia while waiting for the PR decision/approval and how long wil it takes for the approval? And can they do studies while waiting for the decision? We have lodged the papers offshore and they are currently in Australia. Hoping someone can enlighten us as we dont have funds to get an Immigration Lawyer. Thank you for your assistance and advise.
