Hi ,i came with my partner two years ago on partner visa , i got permanant visa subclass 100 last month , we had some serious issue between us now because family reasons and she doing some over smart things like u r giving me stress and emotional stress .she is saying it emotional torture . M so afraid that may be she is planning something legally because it is started just month ago before that when she was my sponser she never did that . If i got saprated now do i have to leave australia or she can file lawsuit agianst of anykind ?. thanks plz your reply is important for me .
