i have more than 4 years experiance as a chef and have positive skill assessment . 

working for same company more than 4 years and my certificate iii and iv in commercial cookery through RPL 

is there any hope to apply for 186 visa

my nomination was approved only visa refused. the reason was applied through RPL Certificate iii & iv in commercial cookery . Co said RPL cant be substitute for RSMS visa

yes , got visa refusal as a cook . i applied to AAT may 2019 and still no news. i dont know how long it would take to go for hearing

my 187 visa was refused last month and i applied to AAT . ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO CHECK AAT STATUS  AND DOCUMENT REQUIRED ? I DONT TRUST ANYONE MIGRATION LAWYER . PLEASE ADVICE ME IF U CAN

Co Said 187.234(c) RPL can not substitute for all credit transfer for RSMS Visa .

yes, it is  certified recognised with in AQF

My CO said RPL can't substitute for all of the course content. as i applied oct 2017 . anyone have a account of legand.com.au for check the rules for oct 2017

Reason not  provides some documention like job reference , ato summary but i provided all documention to my lawyer but he did not upload all documention . thats why co is not satisfied with documention and refused visa . what ever documention co mention i provided all to my lwayer but he did not upload anything. anyone have any suggestion for me what need to do .
