Hi, I have applied my 457 visa in April 2017, at that time my sponsoring company was less than 1year, when i got my visa grant in Feb 2018 I got only 1.5 years visa. So that my visa is expiring soon. Here, I have some doubts, 1. Do i need to apply fresh visa ? 2.If I renew the current visa, how long it will take to grant ? 3. My current company is not running well, if i renew under this company, is it play mail role to grant my visa ? 4. If I change my current employer what are the possibilities to get visa grant and 5. If I change to new employer my 457 will change to new visa 482 ? Please help me Thank you
