Hi, Just landed on this topic through google search. I am applying for PCC for citizenship application and need the MOI PCC. I applied online and got the PCC emailed to me in 2 hours after I paid the fees. However, the PCC does not have department stamp and there is a big red box/ stamp saying "Refer to "Please refer to the UAE diplomatic mission abroad...." Not sure if this will work or not? Was your PCC similar and what did you use it for?
