HEre my timeline:

nomination refused in August 2018 - for a 186 DE visa

AAT- nomination lodged in Sep 2018

AAT - visa lodged in Oct 2018

Nothing heard back from AAT yet

Migration lawyer sent all the document to AAT in January, hoping that it could speed up the process as the application is "decision ready", but as I said nothing happened yet.

Anyone in the same situation?

Position is Event Manager and I am in WA

Yes it's depends on the case .. we got result after 2 hour of hearing  and one of my friend got result within 2 days .. you will get idea about your  result .. member of AAT is very helpful .. don't wry .. if the happy with your answer then no matter when you will get your result but for sure they will give you postive result

No mate I didnt sent any complain.. I just asked from the forum applicant that there is any way to lodge complain about the slow processing time .. I just W8ting for my PR .. yesterday they asked again for AFP with adding another name in AFP application ( they said department shows your another name which you use in some places ).. both for me and my husband 

You can't trust on Australian immigration till you get PR

2 weeks ago they ask for medical as we have already send Polices last year. So we did medical last week and still waiting.

it’s been a year since won AAT. Very sad

Yes they just wasting time .. problem is  I don't have another name... They send me my middle  name as last name .. so I applied AFP according that . I never did anything wrong .. name not matter for me.. w8ting is just killing every day..

They again asked for AFP.  As I provide them AFP with my name as per passport .. they asked you have another name Soo applied again AFP with that another name .. send us back within 28 days 

Today they requested again more information  ...

What the hell is going on ..  ..they runied 5 years of our life due to slow processing time ... Still we all stuck in same bhullshit process .. god

 1) what's your restaurant bank name 

2) what's your  marketing strategies 

3) how you report business owner ( as we showed that owner is not working in business )

Sponser or business owner 

1) how many applications you received and why you choose him better candidate among the others

Got hearing on 24 Feb n won same day, got mail in 2 hours n AAT remit file to immi same day ..

Today on 5th March they asked for medical n police clearance

I didn't give any proof except solid statement 

I don't have much proof still I won the case 

Just prepare your solid statemets .. it's not much difficult as we think

Don't loose hope.. just stay calm n trust on God.. we didn't trust on Australian AAT n immi department.. so this is only hope .    As m also waiting to open Mai file .. it's been  31 months now.  Still my file is unopened.. 4 year is not a short period of time.  They just runied our pricious time . . .. pacitinr

But yesterday on 18 Feb AAT send mail to sponser  n asked information that  how  many numbers of candidates vetted n  interviwed and why the applicant consider most suitable candidate for position.. 

We submitted reply today to AAT.. 

Anybody experience same situation before hearing ??

feeling nowhere and I think many are in same boats, paid hefty fees to department, agents, and worked like rags, and ends up nowhere.
