Medical check for someone with thyroid issue

Hello all, I'll be applying for 189 visa with my wife as a secondary applicant who takes medication for thyroid. Do you think it will cause any issues with her medical? Note that she regularly goes to the specialist and in perfectly good health. Looking forward to your feedback. Thank you!
