Hi All, Because of slow processing time , I called to the complaint line 131 177 and let the situation. The officer who took the phone informed me that Someone from processing team will contact me with in 15 business days. My case is I applied 187 DRT 2017 OCT. Nomination approved 8th of March 2019 and same day they sent s57 . It is due to I live in regional and my husband in metro area. However, before we made decision of living apart , we called to the department and checked with them . They said partner does not need to stay in regional. So I think sending s57 and asking about relationship is not fair. However, we got joint account, of course marriage certificate and car finance is also on both our names and phone calls history. MA sent them 18th of March and still waiting.

I applied as a childcare group leader on 17/10/17. Then applied for RCB on January and approved after 2 weeks. Then nomination approved same week that RCB approved. Same day MA got a email with S47 natural justice . This is because me and my husband living in a two reside. So we need to provide some docs saying we are in a good relationship. MA emailed all the docs to pse.nsw email and my status still as received. Is any one got same experience or similar ? I saw lots of people who applied after 0ct 2017 got their PR already. Just the bit worried.
