The CO did find out from on the post on the company website.

As you said that there shouldn’t be any legal consequences and for that reason it never occurred to me to mention that name but the case officer has given me S57 natural justice. I am extremely worried now.

Its very common with people from different backgrounds to anglicise their name so it’s easy for everyone.

I also use an alias in work, but my MA wrote an explanation for me on form 80 when i lodged the application ,in case the co find out

    AND BUMMER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi All,

Just thought of informing you guys. I got a call from the case officer and he informed me that my nomination was filed under DE (incorrectly filed by HR, but approved) and the application was filed under TRT.

He has advised me to withdraw my application and re-apply for DE.

Because of a small mistake (that also not of mine), I am loosing $6000.

    Nomination (DE) - 3 May 2018

    Visa (TRT)  - 4 May 2018

    Nomination Approved - 15 March 2019

    More documents requested - 15 March 2019

    Case officer contacted - 29 April 2019

Hi is the number called you an office number or personal number?i usually hang up numbers i dont know, thought  they might be scam

I thought about it 2weeks ago and asked my MA for suggestion. He told me to wait 2 wks, tomorrow hopefully he will do something. Waited for 17 months.

I think 17 months is long enough to make a complain, but maybe you should listen to your MA,let‘s wait for two more weeks

Hello everyone, I applied 186 direct entry

5th Feb 2018 and nomination together

But I have not received anything from immigration, is there anyone who already got nomi or full visa grant and who applied before 5th Feb 2018?

This is already 14 month almost 15 months from lodgement.

I am from March 2018,got nothing, maybe we can all make complain to cause their attention, reminds them there are lots of people before April 2018 are still waiting

Just waiting patiently here, congrats on all of those who received their golden mail. This forum is very helpful. 😊

Hi,have you received any email from immigration regarding to processing time before?we were both applied on march 2018 but i haven't got any email yet

  6. hi guys,  one agency told me that recently the processing time and success rate for 186 is faster and higher than before, this is perhaps affected by the incoming election, however no one knows what will happen after the election, the processing time may become slower and longer, fingers crossed, hope all of us can get good news before then!

Your status won't change till CO touch your visa application. My immi status only change when I got PR, even CO requested more information, it still received.

thanks mate! so it's unnecessary to check my immiaccount every day in such case, just have to wait for my MA🤣

    Hi,

I’ve been a quiet reader for a while now, This morning I woke up to an email from my MA saying my nomination had been approved. Me and my partner are over the moon and looking forward to the last part now, it’s been a long 11 months.

We did both UK and Aussie police checks last year (March 2018) so we are hoping our CO just requests medicals now and not new police checks.

Our MA also received the email on 4th April but told us to just wait until we receive information on our nomination before we do anything else.

Hope a lot more of you guys receive some good news soon ☺️

congrats!is your statue of immiaccount still “received” after your nomination had been approved?

Hey guys, I have been a quiet reader for a while, but I just got my nomination approved and I have some questions about it.

Do you guys know roughly how long it takes to have your visa accessed after your nomination is approved?
And I also would like to know how relevant is that? I'm celebrating either way because it is a step towards our golds ( me and my wife's ) but does this means the hardest part is passed and I'll probably get my visa soon?

    Thanks in advance.

No email for me either, I'm afraid! I have a colleague who from the came company who also applied on 2/3/18 (different occupation) and they are still Received as well, with no email received either.

my colleagues from the same company got the emails, they applied on december 2018,seems like that the immigration have forgot us from march, sad

    Hello everyone!

We applied for our visa (DE stream, onshore) on 2 March 2018. At this point our status is still Received and we have received no updates at all. Full details in my signature (please may we be added to the spreadsheet?)

Our police certificates remain valid until November 2019 (this is the second batch that we have applied for), but our medicals expired on 21st March. I have asked our MA if we .should re-do our medicals and they were 50/50. We are going overseas in early May for a few weeks so might do this when we get back.

I understand we just have to wait, I'm trying to limit obsessively checking our immi account! We have lived here for 5 years now and just keeping my fingers crossed for our golden email asap!

I applied on march 2018 too,no news yet,not even the “will be assessd soon” email from immigration that a lot of friends on this forum got. have you got it?

I work for the accridiate company and i heard they are doing priority processing for accridited company

well they must have other ways to decide priority, coworkers in my company got the email told them their would be assessed soon while I haven’t got any, same company, and they applied half year later than me

What's wrong with immigration time processing time again increased, why they are not processing an application before Aug 2018? Do it make a huge difference in processing time between  SAF and non-SAF application? It seems like all old applicants have to wait until immigration finishes all SAF applications.

i believe if someone goes to change.org to make a complaint to immigration,i will definitely sign it,i have been waiting for 14 months now😂
