@Fung It would be the same as depicted on the Immigration "processing times" page (12-13 months currently):

Ok. Thanks. I think maybe I should stop checking application status and just forget about it, live the life the way it should be. Better to have low expectation with potential surprise than high expectation with potential disappointment.

    @Mukki which state ?

    Hi jo888

It seems that you are not on the spreadsheet. Have you got any update on your nomination/application? I’m applying under DE onshore as software engineer as well. I applied last September, slightly later than you.

    Thanks

Requested for additional nomination  info on Feb18th 2019

Nomination Granted on March 25th 2019

Wish everyone the best of luck and thanks to everyone for being so supportive.

    Cheers,

Congratulations! What is your occupation? Which state did you apply from? Did you apply through DE or TRT?

I have noticed when I look at the attached spreadsheet timeline for each month and scroll up to the white section (people who are still waiting) it seems to be a lot of similar professions that are waiting to be approved for example heaps of marketing specialists every month.

Is there different weight placed on the perceived "importance" of skills? Or is it just that you they seem to do different professions in blocks e.g all Chefs together?

I am applying as advertising specialist. Which i guess is similar to marketing specialist? I am on the old grandfathering scheme... I don't believe that you can apply as an advertising specialist anymore so im worried I could get forgotten! Any other Advertising Specialists out there?

Don’t worry, as there are many other marketing specialists waiting, you may be in the next batch if they do process in batches.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

My situation is a bit different due to the fact that the new director signed all my papers before I applied in April.

So it should be fine as my MA said. Maybe they will ask further documents to see if something has been changed since new director arrived.

    Anyway fingers crossed.

    We never know

    Hi

I saw you guys talking about files signed by director. But as far as I know, none of my files were signed by director. Some of them were signed by general manager. Is it mandatory to have director to sign your files?

    Thanks!

  6. Hi. Got a quick question. Do you guys receive any email notifications if there’s any new message in your immi account, eg CO requested for new documents, application moved to a new status? The contact information of my application is MA’s email. But if there’s any email notifications then I don’t need to check immi account every day.

Hi, My company just received an email from DHA and requested more information.

    * Evidence that the duties to be performed in the position of Field Scoper (Electrical) correspond to the tasks of the nominated occupation of Electrical Engineer.

My question is, that is it normal that DHA ask for further evidence?

If anyone can help me with this that what good evidence to give to satisfy DHA or what kind of transcript to write. That will be really helpful.

or if anyone had any suggestions, please let me know.

    Thanks

    Visa Lodged: 22/10/18

    Hi Hisham

Would you mind me asking which state are you applying from and which PESE is processing you application?

  8. I was discussing the PR process with my MA today and he clearly indicated that he has seen many cases he processed post August 2018 with new SAF Levy rule has gone through faster and got approval almost 100% and people like me who applied pre August 2018 have to wait a little longer [emoji22]. I have used complaints option in my Immi account to put in my concerns which probably won't be looked but anyway who cares I vented my concerns... as I feel its very unfair that companies like Deloitte can get approvals sooner than our average MA is also gut wrenching, can someone who processed using Deloitte kindly give me their contact details as I want to know the secret ingredient on how can they get approvals in two months where people like me and many other are waiting from 2017-2018 have to have their life's on hold...

Hi. Correct me if I’m wrong. I think those people are working for Deloitte, not using Deloitte as MA. By the way, would you mind sharing which MA you are using?
  9. Hi. I have a question. I’ve completed health examinations. And my result shown on immi account is:

All health examinations required for the specified visa subclass have been finalised. Processing of this person's visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime.

My partner completed the health examinations together with me. However, her result shown on immi account is:

The required health examinations have been completed and submitted by the panel clinic to the department. This person's case will be processed or referred to the department's migration medical services provider, Bupa Medical Visa Services, for further assessment.

    Is that normal? Many thanks!

  10. The quota for employer sponsered (186+187) has been 48250 for years however it is a celling not a target. In year 2017-18 only 35528 were issued.

If I’m right, it seems that the quota for employer sponsored (186+187) is 39000(30000+9000) for 2019-2020. Isn’t it a huge reduction from 48250?

  11. Thanks [mention=270802]Hex[/mention] your comments are always very helpful and reassuring. My MA told me to wait but if I was worried to apply for a renewed AU Police check which I have done.
I also double checked my application and for the 2nd time in 10 days the updated date has changed ( yet no change in status and neither myself or my MA has touched it) very strange....

Hi RyanReid. Same situation for me. Is there any update on your nomination or application? Have you got any explanation from your MA?
  12. Occupation: Cafe or Restaurant Manager
    186 TRT
    China
186 visa and Nomination Application applied: 09/11/2019 lodged both on the same time
However it is my MA to handle the immi account, I cannot login. She have to capture the screen to me if I ask.
Medical check and police check has been done  by MA’s requirement and lodged at the same time.
No further update yet... Btw,I’m so admire the person who worked for Deloitte, he or she even lodged later than me[emoji24][emoji24]
Does anyone know which month they are processing for 186 TRT at the moment?

Did you mean 9/11/2018? Otherwise you probably won’t have lodged anything in half year:)
