Hi, I'm new here.
My time line is
Nom and visa applied end of june 2017.
Nomination approved 13th of Feb 2019
Since then ,we haven't heard anything for 3weeks.
Occupation cook/QLD
medical and AFP both submitted lastweek without thier request, because we know they will need it anyway.
I dont know business turnover or detail as I'm a spouse of applicant ,so please dont ask me about it
My MA told us,we can expect an update in the coming few days or weeks for my visa application.
Now, 3weeks gone,.....
Did immigration called you regarding your job duties??

That is terrible acoording to your reference
Let's calculate the approval rate for both 187&186 which is 47.71% and 74.15% respectively ! Sooooo bad situation about 187
I will give how to get this terrible number above
187 approval rate calculation
firstly, we can know how many applications pipeline leaved at 30 June 2017 which is 22661-3965=18696
Also, application pipeline leaved at 30 June 2018 is 22661
finally, Demand for places in the RSMS category in 2017-18, with 17003 application received
we can get how many applications Co dealed with totally in 2017-18 which is (applications pipeline leaved at 30 June 2017 + application received in 2017-18 - application pipeline leaved at 30 June 2018)=18696+17003-22661=13038
Approval rate=The RSMS outcome in 2017–18 /applications Co dealed with totally in 2017-18=6221/13038=47.71%
Same calculate with 186
Cases pipeline in 30 June 2017 is 29842+4556=34398
Cases pipeline in 30 June 2018 is 29842
Cases received in 2017-18 is 34966
Cases dealed in 2017-18 is 34398+34966-29842=39522
Approval rate about 186=29307/39522=74.15%
Chris, mate the whole Idea of lack of rsms visa numbers are generated by former Immigration Ministers MR. Dutton and his fellow mates Mr. Coleman is taking to next level .

So everyone are talking about 187......... which is sound fair enough for a skilled visa. What about 186?
I never heard an 186 refused for this reason.
Am I wrong?
It makes sense why immi is still asking for payslips and so on to the applicants!!!!
looking forward to hear from you
This forum mainly deals with rsms visa. I would recommend to u. Please jump to ENS processing time line page.

Again it depends on individual ‘s different conditions.
And btw how come the rate is low for 187, it is during the nomination process, RCB or Visa application? any detailed infomation regarding this.
Please make in mind this is annual audit report whichis only calculates visas not nominations, RCB, please be sure this is referring from immigration Websites.please read the upload link properly Cheers

So can I ask your opinion?
Why the immigration is still asking payslips and Payment Summary at all the PR applicant if they can check by themselves?
thanks
So they can match with ATO whether that data match with payslips and superannuation fund the employer pay for it.some people are sending doggy’s payslips and Group certifacte.

Yes mark it is too depressing for our daily life. Our organisation is an non profitable community sporting club I have been working here since I applied my 187 in 2016 and there is only one more guy sponsored where we have 4cook and one head chef including me and the other guy who is sponsored as well.
my lawyer sent an complaint letter five weeks back but they have not yet open our file yet I don’t know why is that.
Guys I have got chat with experienced lawyer who has been migration agent for last 20 years. He told me that delays of 187 visa is limited position, set quota on rsms visa, certain occupations such as cooks and Chefs most of the popular occupations taking long processing time. There is also most of the applications are frauds because The government changes the rules for in March 2018 and there are so many doggy’s file are in que. these files need to verify and at the same time government reduce their quota by half compared to 2016-2017. This government delivertly refused the visa or put on long waiting time. I have been waiting since 2017 as cook.

Bad news guys
My colleague and I both got visa refused today.
My timeline
187 DE cook VIC
LR country
Apply Rcb + nom + visa : Oct, 2017
Rcb appovol : Nov, 2017
Ask for update financial doc and more documents for nomination : mid Sep, 2018
Updated all documents 05, Oct , 2018
nomination refused: 25, Feb, 2019
they gave a lots of reason but the main reason is they don't see any evidence that my employer need a full time cook.
My colleague apply as a motel manger 26, Feb, 2018
they refused the nomination today too.
Reason is the tasks of the motel manger can be done by the general manager.
Feeling hopeless as we both work for this business for almost 1 and a half year.
Still thinking should we go for AAT. Not sure can we go through two more years to wait for the results.
Did you applied through experience migration Agent??

Guys. please rather than making any argument. Please suggest best migration agent who is best in AAT. I would recommend to him ,Migration Solution ‘which Based In Adelaide but they can work all round In Australia. Please Search in Google They are number one in AAT case.
