Hi there, We submitted our stage 1 partner visa last week and got a flag straight away, the next day, to arrange a health examination. Im 6 months pregnant, so cant do the xray. I was advised by Immigration to fill out the 1392 form (Pregnancy Health Undertaking). I did, but now Im not sure what to do with it. Do I upload it to my files, under Intention to Undergo a Health Examination? The form says I need to forward it to the Department of Home Affairs processing my visa application and they will sign it for me, and then I can go anf do a Pregnancy Health Undertaking. How do I do that? Has anyone done this before? Im very consfused.. Thanks for your help in advance!
