They need ur childs passport and birth certificate to access ur file 

As i can see ur file is not opened yet so take his passport as soon as possible 

Once CO will allocated and asked for further documents give them 

Or if u collect before them update on immi account

Its very quite from long time 

I dont see any approvals in this forum from last month 

Why its very quite ?

Let them do there work on their own 

I heard from someone that they will give refusal if do anything on ur own 

Tell ur MA to do anything bcoz they knows better how to ask them abt delaying process intead of u

As a second applicant, the last message from immi was in 10/apr regarding only my functional english and further police checks.

Does it mean that all the other requests and documents have been access and are ok?

Or they access the documents in parts?

 

 

 

 

Visa applied Oct/2018

Nomination approved 23/feb/2019

PC and medical exams requested for the main applicant 23/feb/19

Partner (myself) added to the application on 06/03/2019

Medical exams and PC asked for me on 12/03/19.

Further police checks and functional english requested and submitted for me on 10/04/19.

Still waiting, no news so far.

Check ur status on immi account 

Ur file will be finalised after few steps like initial assesment , further assesment and finalised 

Check the status of given documents and received date tooo

Want to share some details about my visa 

Rcb , Nomination and Visa lodged in aug 2017 

Rcb approved after a month 

File opened on 31 jan 2019 

Asked lots of docs such as BAS, Financials , profit and loss statement ,pay slips and lease agreement 

Pcc , Afp and medicals 

All were submitted on 4 feb 2019 

Nomination and Visa granted on 13 march 2019

my accountant bymistake send a wrong profit and loss statement in which few figures were not matching such as profit, super annuation figure, sales figure. And my ma attached it to the file. And then later on my business owner realised that it is the rough copy and he failed to send the finalised one.

so after realising the mistake the accountant appologised for the mistake and wrote a letter that it was his software’s mistake like all the data wasn’t transferred from one software to another. Although he did apologised and the letter was attached with the remaining documents and its been a week since uploading and my 28 days time period is also over. As i am really worried coz of this mistake wether the co is gonna consider the submission from the accountant or not. Confused, tensed and worried. If some one can please tell hows tht gonna wrk now.

 

Its all depends upon the understanding of case officer .. Just pray

Second visa application 187 De offshore uk June 2018

RCB approved October 2018

Nomination approval March 2018.

Documents  requested police checks, medicals and proof of dependency for child 18+

 

First visa November 2016 had nomination refusal End Feb 2018. Reason for refusal not a genuine position, as they had managed for 17m without us. Immigration gave instant refusal. Company one of the 2 biggest childcare operators in Australia and Tas.

There are 6 people on the application senior educator SA. 

They do seem to be working quicker this time around fingers crossed
