Hi guys, I received an email from immi that my nomination is getting refused. We need to respond before 28 days or they will make a decision. My work has closed down completely in October and I just found a job with the same job title, and they willing to sponsor me. But my current lawyer isnt in the country . He will be back a week before the 28 over and I'd like to know if there is a possibility of continuing on the same application or should we start a new application? Thank you
