Hi Sir, I am holding 457 visa and it's granted sep 2016 as a cook but unfortunately that restaurant was closed in July 2017. I found other employer with in 60 days applied nomination and started working sep 2017 but nomination approved March 2018. So when I am eligible to apply Ens in sep 2019 or March 2020. Someone told me I am at rish because I started work before getting nomination. Please advise my what should I do now. Thanks Regards, Hafiz
