my lawyer did, and I don’t have birth certificate, do you think that I can use high school certificate.

I just checked my immi account which says I have an appointment on 16feb 2021.

but I have to bring all those documents which have been listed. I have question that I don’t have original marriage certificate. I do have my marriage certificate which is attested. But I do have all the documents.can anyone tell me what else I can do? and is there any chance if I can change my test date as well?

I have question that I have lost my marriage certificate but I do have certified copy of my marriage certificate. I was wondering what else I can do or what are the alternatives.

I am asking behalf of friend, she got her 187visa approved  In 2017 offshore )not sure about date or month) 

But her owner shut that business Before  she entered the Australia. So she suddenly got a letter from department that her visa has been canceled, but she is still living in same regional area her daughter goes to local state school. She made genuine effort with employment as well. But In 2018 she appllied for AAT and she had final hearing in June 2019 and officer said he will give a decision in July. But as we are in 2020 and she hasn’t heard anything from them yet. Anyone experienced same ? That will be really helpful. She is very stressed at the moment.

Hi everyone!

I have lost my job too on Monday she arranged a staff meeting and said she doesn’t have work for anyone for while. I was also worried but I talk to my migration lawyer and explained my situation, I got my visa last year in sep. migration lawyer said it’s is a worldwide issue, so department won’t take any action against you , you are free to find another job and move to other regional area.please talk to your migration lawyer don’t panic . stay safe and stay positive

nomination approved 12/07/2019 no documents requested 

visa documents requested same day 12/07/2019

submited everything on 08/08/2019 and got my golden emails today.

Yes you are right is migration agent don't care about us.. they have no sentimental value with us except taking money.

Hi Rajat ,

be positive , we all are in same situation. I have been here in Australia 10years and still have to wait for everything. It is so stressful and all migration agents are useless they don’t understand our emotions, all they want is money. Try to keep yourself busy . I don’t know much about it but try to send them an email.

I need your help . 

I have submitted my medical and form 80, I can see my medical updated on immi account but I can’t see my form 80. And my immi account still shows action Required, but they didn’t require more information. My lawyer said that my name is different on few certificates and forms and I have to do my AFP with all the names . So I applied my afp last week. Do you guys know that how long it takes to get AFP in mail. I am bit stressed.

My nomination approved on 12th July and requested form 80 and medical. My lawyer hasn’t submitted form 80 yet .

my lawyer didn’t submit my form 80 yet , she said I have to check form 80 very carefully because department check everything very carefully nowadays. What is form 80 for?  my lawyer scared me. Because I don’t know some of previous addresses. 

Anyone knows if form 80 plays big role in our visa file. Little nervous.
