  1. Thanks. That's what I thought, but then there are other forums which says your 18 months period start at the last entry , not on the first entry. In any case, here is the maths as per your earlier posts. Between '07th Nov 2017' AND '14th June 2018', she stayed 219 days Between '11th Sept 2018' AND today (i.e. 03rd Jan 2019), she stayed for 114 days. 219 + 114 = 333 days in total until today. 365 - 333 = 32 days left. Today (I.e. 03rd Jan 2019 ) + 32 days = 04th Feb 2019. Which means, she can stay in Australia until 04th Feb 2018. Is this correct calculation?
  2. Understand that easy part. Her first entry is on 07th Nov 2017. Starting from that date, 18 months would be finished by 07th May 2019. So, She cannot stay more then 12 months between 07th Nov 2017 AND 07th May 2019. Now, Please can you look at the dates below and tell me (specify date) when would she compete her 12 months period? Arrive 07th Nov 2017 Leave 14th June 2018 Arrive 11th Sept 2018
  3. Hi, I am confused with this condition. I just thought to contact someone who can look at the dates and advise me clearly her situation on when should my mother leave and come back? My aim is to keep her in Australia as long as possible. Visa grant date: 12 September 2017. Must Not Arrive After: 12 September 2020 Stay Period: 12 month(s) from the date of each arrival Travel Facility: Multiple Visa Conditions 8503 - NO FURTHER STAY 8501 - MAINTAIN HEALTH INSURANCE 8558 - MAXIMUM 12 MONTHS STAY IN 18 MONTHS 8101 - NO WORK 8201 - MAXIMUM 3 MONTHS STUDY I am after condition 8558. Below are the dates. She is currently in Australia. Please can you look at the dates and advise when is the latest she should be leaving Australia now. And then earliest she can come back, and for how long she can stay on that arrival? Arrive 07th Nov 2017 Leave 14th June 2018 Arrive 11th Sept 2018 Thanks in advance ! Arjun
