I mean work and holiday and then student visa... I have never been on a turist before

309 Partner VISA or 820? which one suits me better? Hi all, I am Argentinian and my partner is Australian, we were living together for 13 months, plus one month holidays together, so 14 in total. The problem is, we were renting a room in a share house, so the only proof I have is a contract from the person who was renting the room to us, he is the one renting from the landlord, we were just renting a room from him and all the bills were included, so no evidence of paying bills at all (we were just transferring the weekly payment to him). we have plenty of pictures of holidays, one month overseas plus holidays around Australia too (14 month difference between the first holidays, that were just before moving in together and the second holidays) we also have evidence of social activities, places we visited together and so on, even my two sisters from argentina came for 3 month and we were all living together and traveling. The problem is that my partner never changed his old address from his records, so he was still receiving the mails to his old place (his parents house). Also we did not share a bank account, it was more about sometimes I would buy groceries, something he would, something I would transfer him the half of the money from a big purchase and he would do the same, I mean we where sharing everything of course but it was not really something structured so no much of an evidence I guess.. but we do have proof of social activities, dancing classes we were attending together, and so on.. It has already been 8 month since I left Australia, I was back home for 6 month and now in Germany doing an internship that will finish in March. We just dont know if I should apply right now being in Germany and hope they will aprove it before March, or if I should just go on a visitor visa in March and apply onshore being there. we dont really want to wait much longer to be together... I was living in australia for 2 years and 5 month, first work and holiday and then turist visa, so I wonder if it will be difficult to ask for a visitor visa now.
