Hi Guys I was hoping someone could help me here. We are about to apply for the 143 visa for my folks who are already here in Brissy on a 173 temporary visa. Question is...Do we need to post the forms to the Perth offshore centre(PVC) again or just submit the forms in person here at Brisbane for the 143 visa? on form 47PT is says that Offshore temporary Contributory Parent visa holders, who are in Australia are able to lodge their application at any state or temporary office of the Department of Australia. Since my folks are already here on 173, does that mean we can do it at the Brissy office? Your advice will help us a lot cheers guys Jojo
