So say if i got my 489 granted today, since I have been working more than a year and living here in Taree for almost two years - Would that make me eligible to apply for 887? Or do I need to hold 489 visa for another two years?

Just a bit confused here. As per website for 887 visa: You must currently hold either: a skilled visa a Bridging visa A or Bridging visa B that was granted in relation to an application for a subclass 487, 489 or 495. I lodge my 489 visa yesterday and got my Bridging Visa A. Would that mean I am eligible to apply for 887? As it says "a Bridging visa A or Bridging visa B that was granted in relation to an application for a subclass 487, 489 or 495". I am working more than one year full time in Taree and living here for almost two years as well. Thanks, Gemma
