mine is financial report and employment contract. 

They also asked me for visa: Police check and medical 

I have submitted all documents. Now waiting for result.

That sound good to me as I think they would not ask you to do health check and police check if they not gonna approve your nomination first. My nomination was with Aat before and they asked my boss for the financial report after that Aat approved my nomination. Good luck anw:)

G’day everyone! It’s me again.. After We replied Department’s letter Invitation to comment on adverse information, before yesterday, department continue to ask us further documents..For company: 2019 financial report and sign new employment contract.. For me: health check and police check.. 

i’m just wondering is it a good sign?? I’m waiting from Dec 2016, Marketing Specialist position, Albury NSW

I received an email from immi ask me to “ invitation to comment on adverse information”. In that email they said that on 20 July 2018, they found on company website our phone number and they called for interview, they said they talked to our company HR manager and that lady said that she didn’t know about me and my nominated position. However, 

1. Our company don’t have HR department or HR manager, my director in charge in recruitment as well. Also they can see on company’s chart there is no HR department.   

2. They didn’t mention the name of the lady that they interviewed 

3. They said the interview made in july 2018, that mean one and a half years ago, why they just let us know before yesterday.. it’s so weird 

they give us 28 days to explain.. my boss is really angry now.. we are waiting from 11/2016 until now. My MA and my boss will fight for it.. 

I’m just wondering any chance for me to get my nomination and visa approve, we don’t want to give up.. almost 3 years already

My agent suggest I should apply for TSS ( old 457) because I have only 2 years experience, I need one more year if I want to apply new regional temporary visa.. 

did you call or email immigration? My file not even open yet, no case officer appointed .. I only apply after you 1 month, NOV 2016

it’s me again.. just wondering anyone who are waiting for around 28-30months and get refuse for nomination or visa?? I’m waiting around 28 months, and no news yet. We did send email to Immigration but no answer. 

Now, my MA suggest that I need to apply for visa 457 ( TSS) just in case my 187 fail.. because until now I have only 2 years full time experiences.. if I get 457 I will have one or two years full time experiences and then I can apply for new 187 ( new regional visas)

I still manage the previous company plus 50% of an other section . So I am in charge of 18 workers . I have increase the turnover of 40% last year . But my new boss is very ambitious and demanding . A lot of pressure , stress and tensions with the other managers turn the work condition into HELL . Sep 2017 , Immigration contact my MA to upload  new ABN , bass , ect ... from the new company . Since then , no news .

It has been now 25 months I am waiting desperately . Can't make any plan for the future like , buy a house , new car ect... Being on bridging visa so long turn the situation complicated and troublesome . My two sons are now going in university . It is hard to fill up their applications as the Uni administration is asking a lot of informations about their status : citizen , resident or international student . but it doesn't exist bridging visa status on the applications . So ???? What can I do . My MA said " nothing can do , just have to wait " . But My Patient reachs it's limit . Stress is at it max , going crazy and can't focus on my work properly . Don't know what to do . Fell like I have been forgotten . Your help would be appreciate .

Congrat to all that have got their visa so quick . And hope that all the others visa waiting from 2016 and 2017 will get their visa very soon .

I’m really frustrating now!! Even my MA doesn’t know why it take too long. She just said there are many cooks and chef so probably immi want to process those position first.
