After We replied Department’s letter Invitation to comment on adverse information, before yesterday, department continue to ask us further documents..For company: 2019 financial report and sign new employment contract.. Hi guys, I received an email from immi ask me to “ invitation to comment on adverse information”. In that email they said that on 20 July 2018, they found on company website our phone number and they called for interview, they said they talked to our company HR manager and that lady said that she didn’t know about me and my nominated position. However, 1. Our company don’t have HR department or HR manager, my director in charge in recruitment as well. Also they can see on company’s chart there is no HR department. 2. They didn’t mention the name of the lady that they interviewed 3. They said the interview made in july 2018, that mean one and a half years ago, why they just let us know before yesterday.. it’s so weird they give us 28 days to explain.. my boss is really angry now.. we are waiting from 11/2016 until now. My MA and my boss will fight for it.. I’m just wondering any chance for me to get my nomination and visa approve, we don’t want to give up.. almost 3 years already

My MA also said she not suggest to push immigration department.. it’s better to wait..

My agent suggest I should apply for TSS ( old 457) because I have only 2 years experience, I need one more year if I want to apply new regional temporary visa.. did you call or email immigration? My file not even open yet, no case officer appointed .. I only apply after you 1 month, NOV 2016

Hi guys, it’s me again.. just wondering anyone who are waiting for around 28-30months and get refuse for nomination or visa?? I’m waiting around 28 months, and no news yet. We did send email to Immigration but no answer. Now, my MA suggest that I need to apply for visa 457 ( TSS) just in case my 187 fail.. because until now I have only 2 years full time experiences.. if I get 457 I will have one or two years full time experiences and then I can apply for new 187 ( new regional visas)
