Scenario: My wife got visitor visa for 1 year with Length of stay "3 Months from the date of arrival". Visa Conditions: 8101 - No Work 8201 - Maximum 3 Months Study If we apply Partner Visa (820) when she is in Australia. When will be bridging visa A will be come into effect? 1. After 1 year of visiting visa finished? 2. After 3 months from the date of arrival? 3. At the time of Partner Visa is lodged? if she stays more than 3 months, then visitor visa will be cancelled and then she will be on Bridging visa A. Is it correct?
