Hello, I am currently on RSMS visa. It took me about 20 month to get my nomination and PR granted on April 2018. While my employment with my sponsoring company, they went through a bankruptcy without me noticing. I only had a letter from a liquidator after they were bankrupted. and found that they established new company and ABN (at the time, my sponsor said he is relocating his restaurant to the hotel within the same town and told me to go work there, so basically, I worked for same people same region but on the different address that was given on my RSMS application and paid by different ABN) (meanwhile I lost 1year worth of super annuation that was supposed to be paid my employer because they were not paying it for that whole year and let the company liquidate. ) My agency at the time told me that they will try to inform the case officer of changes in circumstances and appeal that I am still with the same owner. After almost 10month that happened, I got my nomination and PR granted, however under the name of the company that went bankrupted earlier. I am now trying to leave the company since they are keep on loosing staff but not interested in hiring right person but just rely hugely on my labor, and town is full of humor about these guys preparing for another liquidation at the end of the year and still not paying my superannuation properly. under the circumstances given, would my visa will get cancelled if I leave them without satisfying 2years?
