Finally after 42 months and 3 days, i just got the GRANT email last night

Contacted by immi for health check and AOS on 01/04/18

Applied AOS on 09/04/18

AOS done on 27/08/18

Case officer assigned on 29/10/18 and request for form 80 and AOS approval letter

FINAL VAC request on 29/11/18

Visa Granted 03/12/18

i applied on 09/04/18  & got it the approval letter on 27/08/18

there is the direct number to the AOS team , which i found on previous post , you can call them directly to ask if your waiting is too long

Luckily , i called them and found out my application had issue, i had to adjust it and submit it again to them.

i submit all of my file just last week so maybe take longer time 

i have called 131881 number, and they asked me to email to my case officer directly. They don't have any info there they said.

A quickest way i guess to get the approval letter from centrelink is that your daughter should connect her centrelink with the my gov account

so centrelink people will just send her an email (in her my gov inbox) instead of mail and its so much quicker, i get my letter after the phone interview within 4 days in August

my 143 visa applied for my dad, mom ,and sister

my sister is currently in Australia as student visa

i heard people said that on the 2nd payment request letter, immi will ask " all applicants who are in Australia are required to make arrangement to depart Australia with 28 days of this email ",  but if granted within 2 days super fast like this, means my sister wont need to go offshore you think?

I applied on 15/06/15, and just got contact from case officer for form 80

my sister is currently in australia on  student visa.

i just came to know that my sister needs to go back to my country when PR was granted, is it true?

are there any way she can stay back as she is studying high school at the moment

got contacted for health check and form 80 on 01/04/18

AOS done & got approval letter on 27/08/18

currently still waiting for 2nd payment

does anyone at the same time lodgement like got granted?
