I’ve just received an email from my MA informing me that my nomination was approved early January. 

My status still says received and it may take another few months before they process my application any further but anyway, I’m really happy with the news.

CO has requested financial documents,but after 16 months the New director doesn't happy to give them.Same company but different director.New director even doesn't know that I have been sponsored.I have only 20 days and still chasing to get the documents.Also Im in maternity leave at the moment and so worried about the thing what happened.

Please some one advise me,what I can do for that.I have a job contract until August 2019 though.

Maybe call HR or area manager and ask them if they can help?

Congratulations, I’m also ACT, this same profession. Waiting since Feb’18. Was there more people in your centre that also applied? If yes, did they approve everyone’s or just you? I’m asking coz someone from my work applied in April 2017 and she is still waiting. 

Just a question about the nomination, how will I know that the nomination has been approved? Is the nomination separate for the each of the visa applicants or if the company is sponsoring their employees on ongoing basis (few per year) they have their “permanent” nomination for sponsoring people?

Applied for nomination on March 2017. Applied for Visa on 30th of Jan 2018.  It's been 20 months since I applied for nomination. Who knows what will happen. Hope for the best!!

Hi, can I just ask why did you apply for the nomination first and then visa after 9 months? I’m this same occupation and state but applied in Feb 2018. I’m working for large childcare chain.

I haven't heard of anyone from childcare being approved lately. I'll let you know once my friend is approved.

Payment for RCB? Did you not pay the fee?

Me too, this same timeline and profession, also ACT. My RCB was approved in April.

What state? That’s a long time. Normally it takes about 2 months for RCB to be approved.
