Bit frustrating as the new system pushes you straight onto the online application that has no reference to Form 888 at all, and no mention of Australian citizenship or permanent resident status for the witnesses details supplied on page 19. At least with the previous paper applications that I am now cross referencing to the requirements were made clearer.

Hi, just going through the online IMMI application for a partner 309 visa, and where it asks for details of 2 witnesses to the relationship it mentions nothing about nationality, whereas on the previous paper forms it stated they should be Australians nationals. Is this still the case? Thanks.
